Our History
In 1991 Edward J. Alosi parlayed his retail experience to help others by starting his own consulting and training firm. Since then, through contracts with major manufacturers we have successfully enhanced the performance of hundreds of dealerships, their store owners and employees. As trainers, we have developed, piloted and facilitated workshops throughout North America for individuals, organizations, manufacturers and trade associations. As developers, we have contributed to the core development of major multinational consulting and training initiatives, created a library of best retail sales practices currently licensed to a major manufacturer for use by their field force and universal reporting systems. As a project manager, Ed has successfully led teams of independent contractors for two consulting firms in North America. As executive and team coaches, we have helped people, and the people they are closest to, live happy lives.

Ed's career started in the wash bay of a car dealership when he was a junior in high school. I guess you could say that is where he began to accumulate the experience necessary to effectively understand and modify dealership operation. He has managed every facet of fixed operations in the retail Automotive and RV industry. Ed has trained thousands of employees in hundreds of dealerships across North America. He has also trained manufacturer field managers and led field teams for major consulting and training firms. For many of his manufacturer and retail clients he has developed resources and materials including a complete retail selling best practice guide and universal reporting tools.
